Sometimes the patterns that keep repeating in your life didn’t start with you. What if the very thing you want to change has been happening in your family for generations? Family & Systemic Constellations look backward to bring shifts into the here and now, and for generations to come.

Out of love we often take on the burdens, troubles and worries of our parents and family members in an attempt to save them or make them happy. However, because this usually happens when we are young and on such an unconscious level, we grow up weighed down by ‘stuff’ that we think is ours but probably started well before us. 

The intention of this day is to provide a safe container for you to explore what may be at the heart of the difficulty (or difficulties) you are facing. Whether it be a relationship, money, health, career, or family relations, Constellations have the potential to look at your situation from a different perspective and get to the heart of the matter bringing greater awareness, clarity and shifts to that which has been troubling you for so long.

Constellations utilise members of the group to represent on another person’s behalf allowing the person whose difficulty it is to sit back and see how their situation unfolds. Constellations provide a 3D perspective to a difficulty where ‘feeling into’ the situation allows the difficulty to unravel rather than purely focusing on the story at hand. The way I approach Constellations allows for your difficulty to be looked at in a very private way, rather than everyone having to know your story. 

There are two ways in which you might like to attend this workshop: 

1) as a person who would like to have their difficulty looked at (2 places available) $125.00 per person (includes a phone conversation to discuss the issue privately before the event)

2) as a representative, as a group member you may be chosen to assist in the 3D unfolding of a difficulty being looked at (the more the merrier) $50.00 per person

And there will be Constellation activities for everyone to engage in along the way!
