What to expect upon booking & paying

As soon as I can I will send you a welcome email with any details specific to the service you have booked. There will also be a Service Agreement attached for you to read, sign and return to me. 

The Service Agreement outlines my commitment to you as your facilitator, and asks for your agreement to services to be provided, your contact details, and whether you would like to receive information from Have a Chat with Sharon in future.

Once-off Systemic and Structural Constellation services are not advised for individuals who:

• are under 18 years of age 
• are pregnant, or trying to become pregnant
• have experienced the recent loss of a loved one
• have experienced a recent traumatic event
• are currently in psychological or psychiatric distress, or have mental health conditions such as: psychosis or have a tendency to psychosis; borderline personality disorder; Post       Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); engaging in self-harming behaviours; severe unprocessed biographical trauma; experiencing severe depression or suicidality; etc.

as Systemic and Structural Constellation services can involve somatic or body-centered release and intense emotional experiences, as well as physical activity. Should you wish to discuss your individual situation please contact Sharon from Have a Chat with Sharon prior to making a booking. This can be done via phone call or email.
